In Syria late on Monday, a military chopper mishap injured 22 US servicemen. According to the US central command, the helicopter was not attacked, and an investigation is being conducted to determine what caused the “mishap.”

The US Central Command, which is in charge of the US forces in the Middle East, reported that 10 service men had been evacuated to higher care facilities outside the Central Command area of responsibility (CENTCOM AOR).
