A woman in Texas, the United States, used the Roe v Wade decision to argue that the fetus inside her should be handled as a person while fighting a traffic ticket for driving in the car-pool lane. Ms Bottone was 34 weeks pregnant at the time. The woman is not giving up and will fight the ticket in court on July 20, according to the outlet.
