As Kremlin proxies started voting on annexation by Russia in Moscow-held regions of Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged the world to denounce “pseudo-referendums.”

In his daily speech to the nation, Zelensky predicted that pseudo-referendums would get an unequivocal condemnation from the world.

Kyiv and its friends in the West have denounced the votes as a “sham.”
