The Mukaab, as it will be known, will serve as the focal point of the city’s new New Murabba downtown, according to the source. According to the video and Arab News, the project will feature more than 80 venues for amusement and culture in addition to a museum, a university for technology and design, a multipurpose theater, and other amenities.

According to the outlet, The New Murabba will have a floor area of more than 25 million square kilometres, 104,000 residential units, 9,000 hotel rooms, 980,000 square meters of retail space, 1.4 million square meters of office space, 620,000 square meters of leisure assets, and 1.8 million square meters of community facilities.

The building will have its own transportation infrastructure and be located 20 minutes from the airport.

The project’s building is anticipated to be finished by 2030, according to Futurism. This comes less than a year after the nation revealed plans for a skyscraper measuring 100 miles that would eventually house nine million people.

According to the Futurism report, the enormous tower’s building has already begun. It will serve as the focal point of the cutting-edge Neom location close to the Gulf of Aqaba, which was first introduced in 2017.
