According to ARY News, Pakistan Defense Minister Khawaja Asif stated that the country’s finance office does not have funds for elections. Mr Asif made the revelation during a joint news conference with Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb.

According to ARY News, Khawaja Asif slammed PTI leader Imran Khan, claiming that his assassination attempt allegation was false. He first extended the tenure of former army commander General retired Qamar Javaid Bajwa, and now he is blaming him. First, he blamed the US for his demise, the Defence Minister continued.

The minister added that Mr. Khan dissolved the province assemblies illegally but was removed from his position via a vote of no confidence, which was done so in accordance with the law. As a result, the minister claimed, Mr. Khan doesn’t want to go before the courts.

The PML-N officials were imprisoned under the PTI chairman’s leadership, according to Mr. Asif. During Mr. Khan’s three years in office, he claimed, he was imprisoned, and his party’s leader had also appeared before the judges in fabricated cases.

Pakistan will shortly emerge from all of these crises, Mr. Asif continued, despite Imran Khan’s daily creation of new ones.

The Supreme Court intervened and spared the nation from a constitutional catastrophe, he added, despite the former prime minister’s fabrication of an American conspiracy theory.

Imran Khan has, however, urged courts to pay attention to constitutional violations occurring as a result of the delay in holding general elections, according to ARY News.
