The Maroon 5 frontman’s mates had joked about having him sing for guests at their wedding, but it’s now been revealed that he wasn’t among the guests who witnessed the pair tie the knot on Saturday at their Oklahoma ranch (03.07.21).

Adam was reportedly in Miami with his wife Behati Prinsloo and their daughters when the wedding took place, according to the New York Post’s Page Six column.

‘The Voice’ host Carson Daly and his wife Siri, on the other hand, were among those who saw the couple’s wedding.

Gwen, 51, and Blake, 45, had a family supper the night before the wedding at Ole Red, the country superstar’s restaurant.

The party ate burgers, fries, and tacos at the cafe, which featured the singer’s three boys, Kingston, 15, Zuma, 12, and Apollo, seven.

“They seemed incredibly happy together and certainly in love,” a bystander told People magazine.

Gwen was “in the middle” of planning their wedding, according to Blake, who was previously married to Miranda Lambert and Kaynette Williams.

“I want her to handle all of that,” he replied.

“She’s in the midst of preparing the event, and she’s always so considerate… of me.” ‘Hey, I’m not just going to take over this thing,’ she says. I believe she is enjoying herself. I mean, I’m sure she’s enjoying herself.”

The ‘Don’t Speak’ singer previously hinted that she and ex-husband Gavin Rossdale were planning a quiet wedding for only their family.

She said this in response to Blake’s previous statements that Adam would perform at their wedding: “I’d love for Adam to sing at our wedding, but I’m afraid we won’t be able to afford a wedding band.

“We don’t seem to be. I think we’ll just stick to a playlist for now. We’re keeping things really straightforward—really straightforward…

“It’ll just be my mom and dad, and it’ll just be family, and we’re looking forward to it.”

Gwen, on the other hand, did not believe that a little wedding would be any less enjoyable than a huge affair.
