According to Kurt Campbell, White House Indo-Pacific coordinator, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will host an event related to the ‘Blue Pacific’ group of countries at the United Nations on Thursday.
The group, which includes the United States, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, was formed in June.
Campbell stated at an event that India has observer status in the Blue Pacific Initiative.
