Elon Musk believes that the end of 2023 is "good timing" for a new Twitter CEO

Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, stated on Wednesday that it would be “excellent timing” to identify a successor by the end of 2023, when he anticipates the social media site to be stable.

Asking if he had found a new Twitter CEO and when that person will be hired, Musk responded digitally at the World Government Summit in Dubai, “I think I need to stabilise the organization and simply make sure it’s in a financially sound place and that the product strategy is clearly laid out.”

I don’t know, but I’m assuming that finding a replacement for the current CEO would be a smart idea closer to the year’s end because, in his opinion, the business should be in a secure position by then.

The company’s CEO Elon Musk said on Twitter on December 21 that he would step down “as soon as I find someone crazy enough to take the job”!

I’ll solely be in charge of the servers & software teams, he continued.

Days earlier, Musk conducted a poll on the social media site asking users if they thought he should stand down from his position as CEO of Twitter. The majority of respondents agreed that he should.
