Camille Vasquez, one of Johnny Depp’s attorneys, appears to have become the internet’s favorite as the six-week-long broadcast live trial between the two Hollywood heavyweights concluded yesterday, resulting in Mr. Depp’s victory over Amber Heard.
During the trial, while attempting to defend her client, the young California lawyer unintentionally drew attention to herself and has since gone on to become the internet’s latest sensory experience thanks to her legal expertise and in-court brilliance.
According to E! News, Mr. Depp’s lawyers did speak out outside the courtroom shortly after the verdict was read.
She stated, “The verdict today confirms what we have said from the start: the claims against Johnny Depp are false and misleading and unsupported by evidence… We are grateful, so grateful, to the jury for their careful deliberation, as well as to the judge and court staff for devoting so much time and resources to this case.”
Vasquez had fearlessly cross-examined Ms. Heard during the trial, and one of the high points had been when she questioned the ‘Aquaman’ actor whether the 7 million dollars divorce final settlement had been donated to charity as promised.
Ms. Vasquez famously pointed out the misdirection after Ms Heard tried to avoid answering directly by stating that she had pledged the money to various charities, saying “Ms Heard, courteously, that’s not my question.”

Earlier in May, Vasquez was rumoured to be dating Mr Depp, but she responded by laughing off the rumours, according to Mashable India.
