Yes, according to some members of his party.
In the midst of the country’s ongoing political unrest, Najeeb Haroon, a founding member of the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government, stated that the only way to end the turmoil is for Prime Minister Imran Khan to resign, according to local media.
“The Prime Minister (Imran Khan) should resign and any other member of the party should be nominated to become Prime Minister,” Haroon said on Geo News. “That’s the only way to move forward and end this crisis,” he said.

“The country can no longer sustain instability, and PM Imran Khan must abandon his stubbornness and nominate someone else from within the party as a prime ministerial candidate,” he said, according to Geo News.

As the date of the no-confidence movement against Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan approaches, several disgruntled Members of the National Assembly (MNAs) of the ruling PTI party announced that they have parted ways with the ruling party and will not run for office on a PTI ticket in the next elections.

Furthermore, one of them claims that three federal ministers have already left the PTI.

Opposition parties in Pakistan are abandoning mutual hatred in order to depose Imran Khan, as evidenced by the submission of a no-trust motion to the National Assembly secretariat on March 8. While the Imran Khan government has expressed confidence that it will defeat the no-trust motion, the opposition is certain that it will depose Khan.
