During his first public rally since the Taliban captured Kabul, former President Donald Trump dubbed President Joe Biden’s “botched exit in Afghanistan” the “worst nightmare” imaginable.

While Trump and other Republicans have chastised Biden for the “botched” troop pullout, the former president said the halting of the retreat, which has forced many Americans and allies to abandon Afghanistan, was “far worse than any of us could have anticipated in our worst nightmare.”

“Joe Biden was going on vacation while Afghanistan was going to hell,” Trump said during a Saturday night rally at York Family Farms in Cullman, Alabama, referring to Biden’s trip to Camp David, the president’s retreat. “This is what happens when the White House is weakened. There is no room for weakness in the White House. Your president must be respected.”

“Do you think he’s in charge of the government? He isn’t in charge of the administration “At the rally, Trump remarked.

Former President Barack Obama reaffirmed his previous criticism of “woke generals,” such as Gen. Mark Milley, recalling the general’s role in the incident at St. John’s Church, where Trump posed with a Bible amid mass unrest over police-involved deaths that social justice groups claimed were racially motivated.

“Milley was accompanying me on my walk. The following day, the radical left media begins to scream, ‘You shouldn’t have walked.’ Instead of responding, ‘I’m proud to walk with my president,’ you could have said, ‘You shouldn’t have walked.’ Instead of stating that, [Milley] wanted to apologise for walking alongside the US president “Trump stated his opinion.

In June, a monitoring group determined that Lafayette Park, which Trump passed through on his way to the church that day, had not been cleared for the photo op, a fact that Trump has used to slam the Left’s eagerness to blame him.

“Everything woke leads to s***,” Trump declared on Saturday, followed by the question, “Do you believe Gen. Patton was woke?”

Former President Barack Obama slammed Biden once more for the US exit plan from Afghanistan, citing the $83 billion spent on weapons and supplies during the 20-year conflict, many of which ended up in the hands of the Taliban.

Trump went on to say that he had just been with a group of people and that “”I’d quit the military and get everything out first,” a five-year-old youngster replied, adding, “It’s true. This child is five years old.”

Several prominent members of Biden’s supporters attended the demonstration on Saturday, including MyPillow creator Mike Lindell and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who submitted a new slate of impeachment resolutions against the former president on Friday over his handling of the Afghanistan military drawdown.

Biden has been widely chastised for the upheaval in Afghanistan, and his approval ratings have plummeted as a result of the aftermath.

Despite the response, Trump asserted that no errors were made in drafting the US departure strategy, telling ABC’s George Stephanopoulos on Wednesday, “The concept that there’s a way to get out without catastrophe ensuing, I don’t see how that happens.”
