On August 14, hundreds of people in Pakistan’s Lahore assaulted a female TikToker in a horrifying incident. Lahore Police has filed a case against hundreds of unidentified individuals for allegedly beating and stealing from TikToker and her companions. On August 14, Pakistan’s Independence Day, the incident occurred in the Greater Iqbal Park region of Lahore.

The complainant claimed in her FIR that she and her friends were recording a video near the Minar-e-Pakistan on Independence Day when 300 to 400 people “attacked us.”

 

In her complaint, the female TikToker stated that she and her pals tried everything they could to get away from the crowd but were unsuccessful. The park’s security guard attempted to assist them by unlocking the gate to the Minar-e-Pakistan enclosure.

“However, the gathering was massive, and people were scaling the fence and approaching us. People were yanking and pulling on my garments to the point of tearing them. Several individuals attempted to assist me, but the mob was too large, and I was repeatedly thrown into the air “she stated

According to the TikToker, the raging throng “forcibly snatched” her ring and earrings, as well as one of her pals’ cellphone.

The complaint continued, “The unidentified persons assaulted us aggressively.”

The FIR was filed under the Pakistan Penal Code’s Sections 354 A (attack or use of criminal force on a woman and removal of her clothing), 382 (theft after preparation for causing death, pain, or restraint in order to accomplish the crime), 147 (rioting), and 149 (unlawful assembly).

The videos of the incident have gone viral on social media, with people urging that the perpetrators be punished severely.
